If your insurance provider is not listed here, it’s possible that we can bill out of network. We will confirm your benefits information with you prior to your first appointment and provide you with expected appointment costs.
Our practice bills secondary insurance. If you have coverage with more than one insurance provider, we will bill both plans for you.

We also offer self pay rates at Bridge City Counseling. Please note that clients with Medicaid coverage (all OHP plans including Pacific Source Community Solutions) are not eligible to pay out of pocket due to Medicaid rules and regulations.
Availability for sliding scale can be limited. If you would like to pay out of pocket rather than billing insurance, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate for Services prior to scheduling.
